  • You are expected to provide your answers in the same format and level of detail that you would to the owners or your current General Manager.  The expectation is that you provide no less than 200 words per question, backed up by spreadsheets and presentation slides where appropriate, you may upload attachments as part of your submission.  Answers that do not meet the minimum requirements will be marked accordingly and you will be required to resubmit your answers. You may draw on your experience, the courses you have studied and your current colleagues to complete your answers, comparisons with your current hotel are encouraged and highly desirable.
